Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Set-up for new Desktop and Laptop Computers for new employees (with the list of Standard
  • Software for installation including O365 Account Set-up.
  • Technical Support for Desktop and Laptop Computers (Windows and MAC-IOS Based).
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting of Network Access but not limited on Wi-Fi Access Points, Switches and Routers.
  • Has a background on handling ticketing system.
  • Checking of Wired Connection (for few units of Desktop Computers and Multi-Functional Devices).
  • Connection to Multi-Functional Devices for Network Printing.
  • Can do remote support (Anydesk/TeamViewer).
  • Troubleshooting Hardware/Software and Peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset, external drives, among others).
  • Video Conference Set-up (Smart TV) via Boardroom and Conference Room using Office 365 Teams Meeting.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Performs other duties as assigned on time.

Internal: All employees

External: Business partners, clients, etc.

 

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS IT, ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related course
  • Experience in computer network and systems maintenance
  • Should have experience as a technical support for desktop and laptop computers
  • Should have experience in troubleshooting computers and peripherals, checking of wired and Wi-Fi connections (SSID and PW) and connecting Multi-Functional devices for Network printing
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Windows Remote Desktop and VPN Connection
  • Can work onsite in San Juan City
