As a Sales Manager (Vis/Min), you will be responsible in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients around Visayas and Mindanao. You will seek out new business opportunities, advice clients on product/service solutions that meet their needs, and resolve any issues or complaints.

 

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Search for new clients who could benefit from the company’s products and services in a designated region
  • Travel to visit potential clients
  • Establish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements
  • Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Calculate client quotations
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms
  • Negotiate and close sales within agreeable terms and conditions
  • Offer after-sales support services
  • Administer client accounts
  • Analyze costs and sales
  • Prepare reports for head office
  • Meet regular sales targets
  • Record and maintain client contact data
  • Coordinate sales projects
  • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Telco Sales or equivalent
  • Willing to do field work
  • Strong background in Telecommunication Industry
  • Experience in selling PBX, Sip Telephone, Dect Phone and Call recording products
  • Preferably residing in Visayas or Mindanao
