As a Sales Manager (Vis/Min), you will be responsible in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients around Visayas and Mindanao. You will seek out new business opportunities, advice clients on product/service solutions that meet their needs, and resolve any issues or complaints.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Search for new clients who could benefit from the company’s products and services in a designated region
- Travel to visit potential clients
- Establish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Manage and interpret customer requirements
- Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Calculate client quotations
- Negotiate tender and contract terms
- Negotiate and close sales within agreeable terms and conditions
- Offer after-sales support services
- Administer client accounts
- Analyze costs and sales
- Prepare reports for head office
- Meet regular sales targets
- Record and maintain client contact data
- Coordinate sales projects
- Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Telco Sales or equivalent
- Willing to do field work
- Strong background in Telecommunication Industry
- Experience in selling PBX, Sip Telephone, Dect Phone and Call recording products
- Preferably residing in Visayas or Mindanao
